Andrew Millward
Founder and heating engineer
Andrew has over 40 years of engineering experience and is an expert in all areas of his plumbing and heating career. He regularly attends training courses to stay up to date with new technology, and also trains other engineers in heating technology. He is a member of Heat Geek, a national body of the most highly skilled heating engineers, and carries the title "Heat Geek Elitist". His main areas of expertise are fault finding, boiler and heating repairs, and the design and installation of energy efficient heating systems including heat pumps and underfloor heating.

Elis Harizi
Director and plumbing & heating engineer
Elis first started doing general plumbing in 2007 in Greece, where he completed his course at a college for plumbing and heating. He then moved to England to continue a career he is passionate about, attending college for his gas qualifications while gaining hands-on experience. He is now a member of Heat Geek and qualified in energy efficient heating systems design and installation, and in a short time was made a director of the business.
