Accredited Viessmann engineers, and the warranty it unlocks

Viessmann boilers are one of our preferred products. We are accredited Viessmann engineers, which means we are specialists in the installation, repair, maintenance and servicing of Viessmann heating systems and boilers. Our engineers have a wealth of experience and knowledge, giving them excellent diagnostic skills if something ever goes wrong.

The real benefit for you is the warranty. By using one of our accredited engineers, we can offer an extended warranty on your Viessmann boiler that non-accredited installers cannot. It is a credential most local rivals do not have.

Why we usually recommend it

Efficient, well built, and it does the thinking for you

Viessmann are a leading manufacturer of heating systems, and their boilers are eco-friendly and efficient, which helps keep your fuel bills down. A further saving can be made by adding weather compensation.

Weather compensated heating systems use a small outdoor sensor to adjust the controls as the outside temperature changes. Rather than blasting on to maximum and switching off, the system runs more consistently, feeding energy into the building gradually and efficiently over a longer period. It is a big part of why a well set up Viessmann feels steady and costs less to run.

What accreditation gives you

  • Engineers trained and approved by Viessmann
  • An extended manufacturer warranty most local rivals cannot offer
  • Systems designed and sized properly, not just swapped like for like
  • Named, qualified engineers: Andrew Millward and Elis Harizi

What a Viessmann boiler costs

We quote on survey, but here is an honest guide so you can plan. As a typical UK range, a new Viessmann combi tends to land somewhere around £2,300 to £3,000 installed, depending on the model, your existing pipework and any controls or upgrades. A larger 200-W system for a bigger home sits above that. These are typical market ranges, not our fixed price.

An annual Viessmann service typically falls between £90 and £150 in the UK, with a full strip-down service higher. Keeping up the yearly service is also what keeps the manufacturer warranty valid, so it pays for itself in more ways than one.

Viessmann and the alternatives

We fit them all, so we have no reason to run any brand down. Here is a fair, quick read on how the main brands compare, so you can choose with your eyes open.

Viessmann

What we are accredited to fit. Premium build, strong efficiency, weather-compensation ready, and an extended warranty through accredited installers. Priced at the premium end, and in our view worth it.

Worcester Bosch

A hugely popular, well-supported brand with a strong reputation and wide parts availability. A safe, mainstream choice, and one we fit regularly.

Vaillant

Reliable German-engineered boilers with a loyal following and good long-term value. A strong all-rounder that we are happy to install.

Ideal

UK-made boilers that are kinder on the up-front budget while still offering solid warranties. A sensible pick when cost is the priority.

Baxi and ATAG

Dependable options with good value and, in the case of ATAG, long warranties. We fit both and will happily talk you through where they fit.

Viessmann questions, answered

Do you only fit Viessmann?

No. We install and service all the major boiler brands, including Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Ideal, Baxi and ATAG. Viessmann is the brand we most often recommend when a customer asks us to choose, but the decision is always yours and we fit what suits your home and budget.

What does being Viessmann accredited actually mean?

It means our engineers are trained and approved by Viessmann to install their boilers, which unlocks an extended manufacturer warranty that non-accredited installers cannot offer. It is a genuine, checkable credential, not a badge for the website.

Which Viessmann boiler is right for my home?

It depends on your property size, how many bathrooms you run and your budget. The Vitodens 050-W and 100-W suit most homes on price and performance, while the 200-W is the premium choice for larger properties. We size and recommend on survey.
